The Edge

The Edge! is a fully equipped dungeon/playroom, available to hire , for between two and eight people, with extra accommodation available. It can be hired on its own for two or three persons, or for up to eight people with self-catering accommodation in a nearby cottage. Please e-mail owners for details of the cottage

The Edge! is located in the South-West of England in a secluded coastal valley. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a small shower room with shower and toilet.

There is a wide range of lighting available, suitable for photographic work. There is also a CD player, and ample electrical points for other toys.

We aim to provide a safe, highly maintained dungeon of the best quality for consenting couples to explore BDSM.

All the furniture at The Edge! is made and hygienically maintained to the highest standards.

A safety video, will be provided for your information, showing safe use of items such as the wheel and the suspension equipment.

In order to maintain the highest of standards we ask that our clients bring for their use, their own toys, whips, and floggers as well as more personal items.

A supply of sundry items will be available , as well as latex gloves and a sharps disposal box.

Safety lighting and a panic alarm have also been installed.
